The 2016 Land Use Council 1 Envirothon Competition was held on March 8, 2016, at Highland Community College, and was hosted by the Soil and Water Conservation Districts of Carroll, Jo Daviess, Lee, Ogle, Stephenson and Whiteside Counties.
