Board meetings are held bi-monthly, typically on the 4th Monday of the month, starting in January of every year. They begin at 6 p.m. and are open to the public. For in-person meetings at 309 1st Ave, Rock Falls, IL, ramp entry is available at the building’s rear entrance.
